We prefer to create our own shop drawings from your design intent drawings (floor plans, elevations). This ensures our fabrication drawings include all construction details, material specifications, and field dimensions we need for accurate production. We'll incorporate your design elements and review drawings with you before fabrication.

Finish samples are approved before production finishing begins. If a client changes their mind after production, re-finishing is billed as a change order. This is why we emphasize the sample approval process—bringing actual wood samples with finish applied to the client's home in natural lighting prevents costly revisions.

Yes—we can install client-provided hardware (hinges, pulls, knobs). However, we maintain specific soft-close hinge and drawer slide standards for quality consistency. If clients want specialty hardware, we'll coordinate specifications but may require our standard soft-close mechanisms for functionality and warranty.

Lifetime craftsmanship warranty on all joinery, finish work, and hardware to the original owner. We respond to callbacks within 48 hours and complete warranty promptly. Normal wear, client damage, or site conditions (extreme humidity, water damage) are not covered. We provide homeowners with care instructions to prevent issues.
